Loved the "spacious" balcony and the "convenient" free parking. The towels provided were a real treat. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the "sprawling" garden. Just perfect! No sarcasm here.
Oh, I can't think of a single thing to complain about. It was all just so terribly enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully designed property nestled in the East Anglia countryside. The attention to detail in the interior was stunning, with a hand-made headboard and oak coffee table. The barn was warm, comfortable, and spacious, with a bright and modern feel. The owners were lovely and welcoming, making us feel at home. The location was picturesque, with beautiful countryside to explore and nearby coastal towns to visit.
The only downside was forgetting to bring our own outdoor footwear for sitting on the decking.

The location was tranquil and surrounded by stunning scenery. Caron and Guy, the hosts, were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even accommodating my furry friend. There were plenty of lovely pubs, beaches, and countryside to explore nearby. I can't wait to book again and continue my exploration!
I only wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the peacefulness and beauty of the property.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Little Barn Villa and it exceeded all my expectations. the attention to detail in the interior design is stunning, and the property is immaculate. the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, which is rare in holiday rentals. I was delighted to find that they offered optional extras like a dog bed and baby cot, which were a nice touch. the garden space and surrounding areas were absolutely gorgeous, and I enjoyed soaking up the sun and forgetting I was still in England. the owners were incredibly kind and made us feel right at home.
My dog had a fantastic time too. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

Wow! the attention to detail of the interior was stunning, creating a truly unique escape. the accommodation was exceptional with a beautiful location and surroundings. the hosts were great, friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. the tranquil retreat provided a peaceful atmosphere with bird song in the mornings. the property had its own private garden and we had the best night's sleep. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby Norfolk/Suffolk towns and the English seaside.
Nothing could have been better, everything was excellent. the accommodation was modern and secluded, with a lovely mini woodland stroll to the rear and views of the old rectory to the front.
